Rates and Insurance

Fee:

$185 (50 minute hour)

Sliding scale is available upon request.  I believe financial concerns should never be a barrier to getting help.  Please let me know so we can discuss an adjustment to the fee.  

Insurance:

I am considered an "out of network" provider by other health insurance companies. If you have a PPO or other health insurance plan that will allow you to submit claims for out-of-network providers, I’ll be happy to provide you with a monthly statement you can submit for reimbursement as well as show you how to fill out the paperwork if you’re unfamiliar with the claims process.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is a referral required from my primary care physician?

If your insurance company does not accept "out of network" providers and you can not are not able to afford the full fee, please contact me to discuss sliding scale/reduced fee options.
