Individual Therapy for youth and adults

As people move through life, they sometimes experience emotions or engage in behaviors that interfere with their happiness and ability to thrive.  Therapy is an incredibly useful tool that helps with a range of issues, for both youth and adults.  I offer a safe, judgement-free space to addresses concerns such as relationship challenges, stress, substance use, depression, anxiety and trauma.

Family Therapy

Raising a child can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life.  It can also be fraught with challenges along the way that can leave you feeling worried, scared or frustrated.  Perhaps your family is experiencing a high level of conflict or you are concerned by how emotionally distant you have become from one another.  Perhaps your tween or teen is experiencing behavioral concerns such as substance use, arguing, defying rules, missing school or other activities that they once enjoyed.   Parents and children may attend therapy sessions together, as therapy can be a safe space in which to address the thoughts, feelings, and emotions experienced by all members. I have extensive training and experience in working with families to navigate their challenges, improve communication and strengthen bonds.
